About

My name is Vittorio Poli, I was born in 1980 and I’m a naturalist with a passion for photography. After earning the Master of Science with honours in both Forestry and Environmental studies, thanks to my graduation and together with the influence it has exerted on me the place where I was born and raised, I’m fond about nature photography. I began shooting in late 2008, I’m a self-taught photographer and I think beauty is everywhere, for this reason I prefer to shoot exclusively in the area where I live (Little Dolomites; Asiago-Seven Communities, Lavarone and Folgaria plateaus; Grappa massif and Dolomites), an extraordinary mountain region located in South-Eastern Alps.

I often walk these areas by myself, looking for moments, emotions, impressions… With the pictures on this website, I want to try to convey some of these feelings, my intent is actually to attempt to describe these beautiful places through photography.

Thanks for your visit.
